It was a sunny old morning so we decided to take Daisy to a new place to explore. So we got her in the car and took her Ilkley Moor. It is only a few miles away and she was excited before she was even out of the car. She ran most of the way up the hill to the middle of the rocks, bouncing in and out of the heather, taking in all the new sights and smells.
We then climbed to the moorland at the top of the rocks, just in time for the sun to come out. Daisy had tons of fun running along in and out of the puddles and generally going round in circles. She then had a sniff around all the way back down to the car park even taking time to check out the top of a large boulder.
Hopefully she enjoyed exploring a new place in the sunshine, I know I did.

No we will be going there again. It is only 4 miles away and is the same place as we go to the beach on the rioverside, but the river is too high up this of year and there is no beach, so this is her new weekly treat walk.
